BACKGROUND: 

Mr. Germany has more than 14 years of experience in human resources management specializing in areas including labor and employee relations, recruitment and retention and employee engagement.  He has held positions in both the private and public sector, and has extensive experience building relationships and working with various labor organizations.  Mr. Germany has successfully developed employee-centric strategies, innovative engagement programs and practices an open and collaborative leadership style.  His combination of skills and experience will be a valuable asset in moving the County’s employee and labor relations efforts forward.

Mr. Germany holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Business Administration and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified professional.  Mr. Germany's effective date of employment will be Monday, August 23, 2021.
