Agenda note: DISCUSSION: Following introduction of the item, Commissioner McCurdy recognized and presented a proclamation to Harvey Munford, a Nevada Assemblyman and former basketball player; who was the first Black man to attend and graduate from Montana State University at Billings; worked as a school teacher; and was the primary sponsor in the Nevada Assembly of AB 174 for Juneteenth to become a nationally recognized holiday.
