BACKGROUND: 

On June 1, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners declared that the Clark County Redevelopment Agency needed to function and approved a resolution to unsuspend the agency in accordance with NRS279.436.  Prior to agency re-activation, Applied Analysis presented a Redevelopment Feasibility Analysis which included a general overview of the three existing redevelopment areas and six potential new areas for consideration.
