Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER/RECOMMENDATION: In the matter of the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the Board conduct a public hearing, adopt the Flood Control Master Plan Amendment, and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution amending the Plan. (For possible action)

DISCUSSION: Following introduction of the item, staff advised that the application had been approved through the Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) and the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition (SNRPC).
Chair Kirkpatrick opened the public hearing and asked if there were any persons present in the audience wishing to be heard on the proposed resolution.
