The total Contract award is estimated in the amount of $20,000,000 should all renewal options be exercised.  

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 1, 2019, State of Utah awarded NASPO Contract No. AR3227 for Cisco Systems, Inc. Data Communications Products and Services to Cisco Systems Inc.  (LBE) and authorized for the issuance of purchase orders through ConvergeOne, Inc. (LBE). Clark County's usage of this Contract will be facilitated through the Participating Addendum executed by the State of Nevada. This approval will also allow the issuance of purchase orders to additional authorized Fulfillment Partners for Cisco Systems, Inc. for hardware, software, cloud services, service packages, services, and training.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024 and includes                      the option to renew for 2, one-year periods.
                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Cisco and therefore, can cease purchasing product /                      services at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.

Cisco Systems, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
