BACKGROUND:
On July 1, 2019, State of Utah awarded NASPO Contract No. MA149-1 for AT&T Corp., Contract No. PD180-1 for DiscountCell Inc., Contract No. MA262 for Sprint Solutions Inc., Contact No. MA152 for Cellco Partnership d.b.a. Verizon Wireless and Contract No. MA176 for T-Mobile USA, Inc. for Wireless Voice, Data & Accessories to AT&T, DiscountCell (LBE), Sprint (LBE), Verizon (LBE), and T-Mobile (LBE). Clark County's usage of the Contract will be facilitated through the Participating Addendums executed by the State of Nevada. This approval provides for wireless voice, data and accessories.
The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
• The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024 and includes the option to renew for an additional 5 years.
Clark County is not under exclusive contract with AT&T, DiscountCell, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile and therefore, can cease purchasing product/services at any time.
This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.
AT&T Corp, DiscountCell Inc., T-Mobile and Cellco partnership d.b.a Verizon Wireless currently hold a Clark County Business License.
