BACKGROUND:
Mandalay Propco, LLC and MGP Lessor, LLC desire to grant to Clark County permanent perpetual easements (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 162-29-610-002, 162-29-610-003 and 162-29-710-002) to construct, add to, modify, reconstruct, operate, maintain, and repair traffic improvements and appurtenances related to traffic signal improvements, and to reconstruct, repair, operate, and maintain sidewalks and appurtenances for pedestrian travel purposes generally related to the intersection of Mandalay Bay Road and Luxor Drive, located underground, above ground and aerially over Grantor's property.
Mandalay Propco, LLC and MGP Lessor, LLC also desire to dedicate rights-of-way from portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 162-29-610-003 and 162-29-610-002.
The dedications in fee and grants of easement documents further describe additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor.
The District Attorney's Office has approved the dedications and grants of easement as to form.
