BACKGROUND:
On August 16, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with The Louis Berger Group, Inc. for professional engineering services for the design of the Laughlin-Bullhead City Bridge Project in Laughlin, Nevada, to State Route 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona. Effective January 1, 2020, the merger of Louis Berger US, Inc./The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (collectively "Louis Berger") and WSP USA, Inc. was completed, and Louis Berger personnel became WSP employees.
The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract with WSP USA Solutions, Inc. will increase total funds for additional engineering services during construction, including submittal/shop drawing review, periodic inspections during construction, final project completion, and preparation of Record Drawings. Supplemental No. 1 extends the time of performance to December 31, 2024, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA Solutions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
