BACKGROUND:
On September 17, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dba Slater Hanifan Group to provide construction management services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Tropicana Avenue and Charleston Boulevard project (Bid No. 605313-19).
Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract was approved by the Board on April 20, 2021, to increase total funds for Change Orders, additional work, and repairs to the Summerlin Center Bridge.
The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional services contract with Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dba Slater Hanifan Group will increase total funds for additional construction management services due to additional Change Orders and work, including inspection costs for repairs to the Summerlin Center Bridge.
Westwood Professional Services, Inc. dba Slater Hanifan Group currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
