BACKGROUND:
On October 29, 2020, the Department of Business License processed an application for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for Bootleggers Distributing, LLC (a Nevada Liability Company), located at 1513 West Oakey Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102. Heather Ellen Glusman (50%) and Jesse J. Cantero (50%) are Managing Members of Bootleggers Distributing, LLC. The application was approved on the August 4, 2021 Director's Administrative Agenda.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the application for approval of an Import/Wholesaler Liquor License for Bootleggers Distributing, LLC.
