BACKGROUND:

As part of a pedestrian improvement project in the medical district, City of Las Vegas (CLV) has requested various easements along Shadow Lane encompassing Clark County owned Assessor's Parcel Number 139-33-305-023. The following have been requested:

±9,263 square foot right of entry and temporary construction easement
±41,205 square foot right of entry and subsequent utility easement to Nevada Energy

Upon receipt of as-built legals for the constructed Nevada Energy facilities, an appraisal will be completed using the actual square footage of the easement area and CLV shall pay the appraised price cost for the utility easements. Upon receipt of payment, County shall issue a non-exclusive easement to Nevada Energy. County improvements permanently affected include landscaping and irrigation.
