All costs incurred by Clark County Fire Department personnel will be submitted for expense reimbursement to NV Energy as defined in this agreement.
BACKGROUND:
NV Energy wishes to enter into an agreement with Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) for the purpose of performing or providing Fire Stand-by services. CCFD will provide resources when NV Energy determines that high fire risk conditions exist and/or upon request for services. All services provided by CCFD will be compensated as described in the agreement. CCFD will be responsible for submitting invoices to NV Energy for expenses incurred, as described in the agreement.This agreement between NV Energy and Clark County Fire Department will commence from the date of acceptance and will expire after three (3) years, unless terminated earlier by either party, by providing thirty (30) days written notice and serving to the other party.Clark County Legal Counsel has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
