Bid No. 605750-20, for Silverado Ranch Boulevard - Jones Boulevard to Arville Street (Phase A) was advertised on December 1, 2020 and opened on August 17, 2021.  The Bid Amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for Silverado Ranch Boulevard widening from Jones Boulevard to Arville Street (Phase A) and Decatur Boulevard from Gary Avenue to approximately 700-ft south of Silverado Ranch Boulevard. Widening on Silverado Ranch Boulevard will permit to accommodate two 11-ft asphalt paved lanes in each direction, a 12-ft concrete raised median, and 4-ft to 8-ft paved shoulders, ITS conduit installation, storm drain pipe installation, drop inlet construction, graded swale, concrete curb installation, sidewalk construction, and streetlight installation. The proposed roadway will be constructed of hot-mix asphalt and Ultra-Thin Asphalt Concrete Surface (UTACS). Traffic signal relocation, advanced loop detector installation, and sign replacement and/or installation. Clark County Regional Flood Control District facilities include construction of the Decatur Boulevard Storm Drain, drainage improvements also include, 10' x 6' RCB, 60" storm drain manholes, 48" storm drain manholes, 5' and 20' drop inlets, and various storm drain pipe sizes ranging from 18" to 60".

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 240 calendar days from the date specified in the                      Notice to Proceed.
                     Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience                      language as in all public works efforts of this type.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
