BACKGROUND: 

Commercial 9-12 Aviation, LLC (Assignor), has an existing Lease Agreement (Agreement) to manage and operate a commercial aviation facility at Henderson Executive Airport. Assignor is selling the commercial aviation facility through a Hangar Purchase Agreement and is requesting consent to assign its Agreement to 1410-1420 HND LLC, Johnny A. Ribeiro, Jr. Family Trust Dated February 11, 1994, as amended, and LDR Farms, LLC (Assignees). Section 2.1 of the Agreement requires County consent to any assignment.

The Assignment and Assumption Agreement has been signed by an authorized representative of Assignor and Assignees and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
