BACKGROUND:
Marcus G. Faust, PC, has an existing agreement to provide federal lobbying and consulting services for the Clark County Airport System. This includes lobbying before Congress, as well as advocacy among federal agencies, and various trade organizations. Marcus G. Faust, PC, provides critical consulting services, expertise, and support for the environmental processes that are federally required to keep the Southern Nevada Supplemental Airport (SNSA) moving forward. This contract would ensure continued and consistent support for the SNSA.
The term of the contract is for three (3) years, with two (2) one-year renewal options. The annual contract amount shall not exceed $230,000.00.
In accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the services to be performed are professional in nature, and therefore, exempt from competitive bidding requirements.
The contract has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
