The composition of the BEFAC may also include a public officer or employee who manages the fiscal affairs of the local government and a public officer or employee of the local government who directly oversees the operation of the enterprise fund.

The BEFAC Bylaws allow for up to nine (9) members.  The recent composition of BEFAC consisted of four (4) representatives from industry and three (3) from the County. With one industry representative seat vacant, the Board may appoint up to three (3) persons to serve on the BEFAC.

Staff received applications from the following individuals:

(2) Renato "Sonny" Vinuya
(3) Ann Barnett

Staff is requesting the Board to appoint at least one (1) individual and up to three (3) individuals from the applications received to serve on the BEFAC for a four-year (4-year) term.
