BACKGROUND: 

The dedication of Raven Avenue near the intersection of Arville Street as right-of-way within Clark County-owned (Aviation) property (Assessor's Parcel Number 177-19-501-016) is required for construction, operation and maintenance of roadway improvements and drainage facilities in support of development in the immediate surrounding area.
