Commissioner Kirkpatrick advised of working to bring others in the area into compliance; wanted to ensure that if a structure was built in the future, the Board would have the ability to review the off sites; and worked with the applicant on asphalt changes to the area In response to a question from staff regarding the review time period, Commissioner Kirkpatrick advised of a four to five-year time period for review.
