The total Agreement award is estimated for the not-to-exceed amount of $109,624.88.
BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is to provide law enforcement activities on the BCCE area. Clark County purchased BCCE in 1995 from the City of Boulder City. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from date of award through November 1, 2022.• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180, the parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
