BACKGROUND:
Clark County acquired right-of-way grants, Serial Numbers N-61323 and N-61323/Y, from the Bureau of Land Management. The right-of-way grants were recorded in the Clark County Recorder's Office in Documents as Instrument No. 980428-01285, and modified by Instrument Nos 20020225-01163, 20110607-0002725, and 20190326-0002285, for the purpose of roadway and/or highway, drainage, sewer lines, and flood control facilities.
The relinquishment of the County's interest within portions of Assessor's Parcel No. 123-20-000-003, generally located at Belt Road and the Northern Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway, will reduce the limits of the right-of-way grants footprint to what is currently designed and constructed for the Northern Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway.
