BACKGROUND: 

In accordance with NRS 277.180, the parties are authorized to enter into interlocal agreements to perform governmental functions and activities.

Clark County Fire Department wishes to enter into an interlocal agreement with City of Las Vegas in support of the Nevada Task Force 1 (NVTF-1) use of the Cashman Center premises located at 850 Las Vegas Blvd. N, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89101. Clark County shall pay a monthly rent in the amount of five-thousand dollars ($5,000) on the first day of each calendar month.

The effective date of this agreement begins when the last governing body approves and signs the agreement and continues until March 31, 2022 unless sooner terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement upon giving ten (10) days written notice to the other party. 

Clark County District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
