Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER/RECOMMENDATION: In the matter of the recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners receive a report on the interim conforming zone change districts for the new land use categories of the updated Master Plan, and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action)
DISCUSSION: Following introduction of the item, Mario Bermudez, Planning Manager, presented a chart of zone changes conforming to the new categories; and a matrix of old, new, and conforming zoning districts would be provided to the Board and to the Planning Commission. | |
