BACKGROUND:
Utility providers require property owners to sign certain documents as a condition of performing utility improvements. The Department of Aviation is seeking authorization for the Director of Aviation or her designee to sign forms for utility improvements on Airport owned property, such as:
• Central Telephone Company dba CenturyLink: Non-Exclusive Easement, Right-of-Entry and
Special Construction Proposal
• CenturyLink Communications, LLC: Building Access Agreement
• Cox Communications Las Vegas, Inc.: Non-Exclusive Easement and Right-of-Entry
• City of North Las Vegas: Roadway Easement and Utility Easement
• MCImetro Access Transmission Services Corporation dba Verizon Access Transmission Services: Non-
Exclusive Easement and Right-of-Entry
• Nevada Power Company dba NV Energy: Access to Equipment Easement Agreement
• Moapa Valley Water District: Revocable License and Maintenance Agreement
The utility documents will be reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office prior to signing.
