BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is to provide Clark County Social Services trust funds to assist with tenant based rental assistance, emergency assistance, security/utility deposits, rental housing development, and rental housing rehabilitation.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180, the parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
