BACKGROUND: 

Southern California Edison Company (SoCal) has approached Clark County (County) to obtain a non-exclusive access road easement containing ±9.76 acres (Easement) crossing Assessor's Parcel Numbers 266-00-001-001, 265-00-001-012, 265-00-001-013 & 265-00-001-014 which are part of the area known as the Fort Mohave lands.

The Easement has been appraised for $8,225.50, payable by SoCal.
