BACKGROUND:

On February 11, 2021, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1261 for the Intersection Improvements Program:  Traffic Signal Equipment Procurement Fiscal Year 2021 project from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds.

On March 2, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved Interlocal Contract No. 1261 with RTC for this project.  The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the interlocal contract increases total funds for additional construction engineering for this project.

This project is identified on RTC's Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal year 2021-2022.  RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on December 9, 2021.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
