BACKGROUND: 

On October 31, 2018, Clark County (County) purchased the buildings, land, driveways, parking facilities, similar improvements and easements located on APN 178-03-110-022 with an address of 1291 Galleria Drive, Henderson, NV 89014 commonly known as the Lori Mas building. Through the acquisition, the County took over the existing leases.

This Fourth Amendment to Lease Agreement extends the termination date of the Lease from December 31, 2021 to January 31, 2022.
