BACKGROUND: 

On June 5, 2012, the Board of County Commissioners approved the a professional engineering services contract with The Louis Berger Group, Inc. for design engineering services for traffic safety and roadway improvements at various locations.  Effective January 1, 2020, the merger of Louis Berger US, Inc./The Louis Berger Group, Inc. ("Louis Berger") and WSP USA, Inc. was completed, and Louis Berger personnel became WSP employees.

The Board previously approved Supplemental Nos. 1 through 3 for increased funding, additional engineering services, and a time of performance extension for this project.

The attached Supplemental No. 4 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Solutions, Inc. extends the time of performance to December 31, 2022, unless further time extensions are granted, for final project close out and archives including, but not limited to, bid and construction support services and record drawings for traffic signal improvements at Durango Drive and Maule/Badura Avenue, Buffalo Drive and Badura Avenue, and Paradise Road and Robindale Road.

WSP USA Solutions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
