Additional Comments:

The total Agreement award is for the not to exceed amount of $105,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for the development on an online training platform for the Small Business Opportunity Program (SBOP).
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023 and includes the option to                      renew for 1, six month period.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180, the parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
