BACKGROUND:
In coordination with the re-authorization of the Clark County Redevelopment Agency, each commission district not containing redevelopment areas was allocated $2.5 million in funds from the FY22 capital budget to focus on economic development opportunities within each district.District B will be using a portion of the funds allocated to the district for an exterior improvement program that covers both commercial and residential properties.
