RTC will provide funding in the amount of $500,000 for all costs associated with this project. Clark County is not obligated to pay any of the project costs.
BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved and budgeted funding for the Complete Streets Planning project in RTC's Highway Improvement Acquisition Fund from Fuel Revenue Indexing for Fiscal Year 2022.The attached Interlocal Contract No. 3016 allocates funds for design and the exploration of Complete Streets to identify key elements, determine potential corridors, and rank corridors for possible implementation for the subject project. The time of performance is effective to June 30, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.This project is included on the adopted RTC Capital Improvement Plan. RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on April 14, 2022.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
