BACKGROUND: 

Clark County (County) received an unsolicited offer letter dated November 30, 2021 from Viney Singal on behalf of Silverbowl 5 Partnership (Seller) to purchase ±7.38 acres of vacant land known as Assessor's Parcel Number 161-25-301-005.  The County and Seller agreed to a purchase price of $662,000.00 as supported by appraisal.

The County wishes to acquire this parcel as part of the Wetlands Park.
