WAIVERS OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS for the following: 1) reduce the area of a PUD; 2) increase wall height; and 3) off-site improvements (curb, gutter, sidewalk, streetlights, and partial paving). DESIGN REVIEWS for the following: 1) a detached single family residential planned unit development; and 2) finished grade.
