BACKGROUND: 

On May 7, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc. for the design of the Interstate 215 and Airport Connector Interchange Phase 3 project (No. PW.B183214).  The initial contract amount was $1,313,597.  The Board previously approved one supplemental contract for the project increasing total funds for additional engineering for enhanced project scope in the amount of $647,304 for a revised total contract value of $1,960,901.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA, Inc. extends the time of performance to December 31, 2024, unless further time extensions are granted.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
