Following the public hearing, the Board may proceed to adopt, pursuant to NRS 271.390, a resolution that confirms the actual assessment roll and resolves any related protests. Following the consideration and adoption of the resolution described above, the Board may proceed to introduce an ordinance levying the actual assessments for this SID, and set a public hearing to consider the adoption of the ordinance for Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in the Clark County Commission Chambers.
