BACKGROUND:
On October 21, 2021, the Department of Business License processed an application for a Brew Pub Liquor License for Gordon Biersch Group LLC (A Nevada Limited Liability Company), located at 3987 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Craft Brewery Group LLC (100%), Morgan McClure, Officer (0%) and Courtney Mowry, Officer (0%) of Gordon Biersch Group LLC. The application was approved on the May 5, 2022, for the May 2022 Director's Administrative Agenda.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the application for approval of a Brew Pub Liquor License for Gordon Biersch Group LLC.
