WAIVERS OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS for the following: 1) increase building height; 2) eliminate landscaping; and 3) alternative driveway geometrics. DESIGN REVIEWS for the following: 1) multiple family residential development; 2) convenience store with gasoline station; 3) alternative parking lot landscaping; and 4) finished grade.
