Bid No. 605898-21, for Traffic Signal Improvements at Various Locations 104B: Durango/Badura, Paradise/Robindale, and Buffalo/Badura with Other Improvements was advertised on February 28, 2022 and opened on March 28, 2022. The Bid Amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for the installation of traffic systems at Buffalo Drive at Badura Avenue, Durango Drive at Badura Avenue/Maule Avenue, Paradise Road at Robindale Road with school flasher improvements at Lindell Road south of Silverado Ranch Boulevard and streetlight LED upgrade at Twain Avenue and Paradise Road. Other project improvements include sidewalk ramp reconstruction and pavement rehab to install new loop detectors.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 140 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Nev-Cal Investors, Inc. dba Fast Trac Electric currently holds a Clark County Business License.
