BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606129-22, for Dean Martin Drive - Tompkins Avenue to Sammy Davis Jr. Drive was advertised on March 8, 2022 and opened on April 7, 2022. The Bid Amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for improvements to Dean Martin Drive between Tompkins Avenue and Sammy Davis Jr. Drive. Improvements to include pavement rehabilitation for the width of the pavement, raised medians with left turn lanes at designated intersections, complete removal and replacement of pavement markings, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to existing substandard ramps, replacement of damaged curb gutter and sidewalk, traffic control devices, upgrades to traffic signals and replacement/installation of traffic signal loops, upgrade existing streetlight luminaries to light emitting diode (L.E.D.), utility vertical adjustments, installation of fiber optic conduits and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable project within the right-of-way.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 180 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
