BACKGROUND:
On February16, 2022, the Department of Business License processed an application for an Importer / Wholesaler Liquor License for Blue Cloud Distribution of Nevada, Inc. (A Nevada Corporation), located at 6500 W Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Blue Cloud Distribution of Nevada, Inc. (100%), Timothy McCormick, Officer (0%) and James Totland, Officer (0%) of Blue Cloud Distribution of Nevada, Inc. The application was approved on May 18, 2022, for the May 2022 Director's Administrative Agenda.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the application for approval of an Importer / Wholesaler Liquor License for Gordon Biersch Group LLC.
