BACKGROUND:
On December 4, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract for traffic management augmentation services with Louis Berger U.S., Inc. Effective January 1, 2020, the merger of Louis Berger US, Inc./The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (collectively "Louis Berger") and WSP USA, Inc. was completed, and Louis Berger personnel became WSP employees.
The Board previously approved one supplemental contract for the project extending the time of performance and increasing total funds for continued staff augmentation services.
This attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with WSP USA Solutions Inc. increases total funds for continued staff augmentation services for Clark County Public Works Traffic Management Division including traffic design, traffic design review, field investigations, warrant studies, and traffic data collection at various locations throughout Clark County, and extends the time of performance to December 31, 2024, unless further time extensions are granted.
WSP USA Solutions Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
