This Contract is for the demolition of existing tennis courts, removal, re-construction and installation of eight (8) court tennis facilities at Sunset Park.

Additive Alternate No. 1is for the removal of additional segment of existing 8" irrigation mainline transit pipe and salvage all existing control valves along mainline segment being removed, install new segment of 8" class 200 mainline and install all salvaged remote control valves with new concrete valve boxes onto new 8" mainline segment with 8" x 2" saddles

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 180 calendar days from the date specified in the                      Notice to Proceed.
                     Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience                      language as in all public works efforts of this type.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
