BACKGROUND: 

On April 25, 2022, Clark County and the IUEC, Local 18, reached a tentative agreement on a fiscal reopener for the current collective bargaining agreement.

Of the entire agreement, three (3) articles were amended.

Attachment I contains the summary of changes.

Attachment II contains the proposed articles including changed and new language in its entirety, with new language underlined and deleted language stricken.

Attachment III is the IUEC Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines, by article, which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in fiscal impact.

Attachment IV is the IUEC Fiscal Impact Summary, which outlines the total contract cost and/or savings concerning the contract changes that impact the twenty six (26) IUEC positions.
