BACKGROUND:

Support for small business and entrepreneurship initiatives have been identified as an appropriate use of ARPA funds to help address the negative economic impacts from COVID-19 on our community.  Clark County has designated up to $40 million of its ARPA allocation towards this effort.

Two small business and entrepreneur programs designed to provide access to capital and high-quality technical assistance focused on recovery, resiliency, and capacity building.
