BACKGROUND:
On April 10, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 605600-20 to PermitRocket Software LLC dba ePermitHub (LBE) in the amount of $1,476,847 for the purchase of an electronic plan review (ePlan) software.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through March 31, 2021 and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods. There are 3 renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause or default and with advanced written notice.
Approval of Amendment No. 1 will provide for a revised pricing structure that reflects an additional volume discount based off of current usage. When this Contract was originally awarded, the usage was estimated at
11,250 ePermit requests per year, that number is now at an estimated 45,000 ePermit requests per year. The attached Amendment No. 1 document details the costs involved.
PermitRocket Software LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
