The total Contract award is estimated in the amount of $5,500,000 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On January 1, 2022, State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services awarded NASPO - Value Point Cooperative Purchasing Master Agreement No. 00318 Public Safety Communications Products, Services and Solutions to Motorola Solutions, Inc. (LBE). This approval provides for the purchase of public safety communications products, services and solutions.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2026 and may                      extend for an additional 24 months.
                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc. and therefore, can cease                      purchasing product and services at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.

Motorola Solutions, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
