BACKGROUND:
On July 20, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing the Clark County Fire Department to accept donations to the department in an amount not to exceed $2,500 in personal property and $1,000 in monetary donations. The Resolution also provided that the Clark County Fire Department shall submit a quarterly report of all donations accepted for that quarter to the Board of County Commissioners. The Quarterly Report of Donations for the second quarter of 2022 is attached.
