BACKGROUND:

On June 13, 2019, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1087 for the Ann Road between the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway and Durango Drive project (Clark County Public Works Project No. PW.R107FFT), in the amount of $17,275,000.  The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on July 2, 2019.

RTC on August 13, 2020, and the Board on September 15, 2020, approved Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1087, to increase total funds in the amount of $2,000,000, which revised the total contract value to $19,275,000.  The increase in funding was necessary due to the bids coming in higher than anticipated.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 1087 extends the contract time of performance to December 31, 2027.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on July 14, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
