BACKGROUND: 

Code for America Labs, Inc. is 501(c)(3) organization that partners with government and community organizations to improve programs to meet community needs.  Code for America's criminal justice program, Clear My Record, works with governments and advocates to clear all eligible criminal records through for automatic record sealing. Code for America will provide a feasibility study regarding automatic record sealing in Clark County and provide recommendations for an automatic record sealing policy.  The study will be for a period of nine months with a not to exceed amount of $235,000.
