Initial contract amount was $304,665.00.  Supplemental No. 1 increase of $61,006.93 revises the total contract value to $365,671.93.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On September 17, 2019, Clark County and HDR Engineering, Inc. entered into a professional engineering services contract for the Jones Boulevard between Tropicana Avenue and Clark County 215 Beltway project, which includes pavement rehabilitation and associated improvements on Jones Boulevard, within developed limits.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with HDR Engineering, Inc. increases total funds for additional professional engineering services, including engineering services during construction of the project.

HDR Engineering, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
